The Apple Service Guideline

THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
 
Please check your goods carefully on received. Goods that are delivered 100% brand new and have a order form. On the order form stating date and serial number, warranty period in accordance with manufacturer's warranty

1.  WARRANTY CONDITIONS 
 
    a.  All product must remain within the warranty period.
    b.  Serial number must be intact, not warranty if removed or misplace seals and stickers.
    c.  The product is damaged that determinate by technical error or by the manufacture's error
    d.  For  accessories: When purchasing accessories, you will receive a order form, specifying the date of purchase on order form. Customers must present the order form when want to warranty  for the product directly from the Apple service center or FutureWorld’s Store.
    e.  The product screen have more 7 death pixel 

2.  VOID WARRANTY CONDITIONS IF PRODUCTS FALL INTO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITION
 
    a.  The product contact with water or liquid.
    b.  The product  to collisions  or has been falling, dented, deformed, scratched, cracks, rust. 
    c.  Product is open and change technical specification by individuals or organisations who is unauthorized by Apple.
    d.  Product  is broken because of  natural disasters  such as natural cause or accident, insect damaged.  Product is operating in high moisture environment.
    e.  Damage caused by natural disasters or fires, use an unstable power supply or installation, delivered improperly, Printed Circuit Board breaked, burn.
    f.  The loss of data can be occurred from the operation and warranty service is not cover under warranty.
    g.  Software is not cover by Apple limited warranty.
    h.  Keyboard which broken will not be warranted 

 
3.  METHOD OF WARRANTY
 
    a. All products are warranted free during the warranty period.
    b. New products purchased within 7 days will be  changed immediately if the inspection of the damage caused by the fault of the manufacturer (in case if there are no new goods for changes immediately, customers will
be borrow  by the same product used while waiting for new goods if required.)
    c. Where customers have purchased more than 07 day, will get back to warranty. 
    d. Solving time warranty from 1-3 weeks from the date of receipt (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays) and as the case may be resolved sooner or slower.
    e. For product can not repair, that is out of stock cause no longer produced or no longer circulating in the market, you have to wait for other manufacturers may barter equivalent value or agreed between manufacturer and customer.
